Booking and Appointment Policies • Deposits: Your deposit will be applied to your appointment total. • Squeeze-Ins: $50 fee. Same Day Booking: $75 fee. • Payment Method: Cash ONLY at your appointment. • Client Preparation: All clients must arrive with hair fully washed and blow-dried. • Guests: No extra guests are permitted during appointments. • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • No Call, No Show Policy: No-shows without prior notice are not acceptable and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • New Wigs: New wigs must be dropped off at least 2 days prior to the appointment between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please contact me directly to arrange your drop-off. • Wig Types: T-part wigs and synthetic wigs are not accepted. • Appointment Scheduling: I take pride in delivering quality work and do not rush. Please ensure you have no conflicting appointments immediately following your scheduled time. • Lace Requirements: HD or transparent lace is highly recommended. Feel free to message me for lace recommendations. • Wig Preferences: Amazon wigs are acceptable, but AliExpress wigs are not permitted. Please note that achieving certain styles may not be possible without a FULL LACE and REAL HD lace wig. • Used Lace Wigs: If using a previously worn lace, contact me to submit videos for assessment. • Hair Collection and Wig Install Pricing: For details on our Hair Collection and Wig Install + Hair services, please refer to the pricing highlights on my profile.
