Booking & Appointment Policies To ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for every client, please carefully review the following policies before booking. By securing an appointment with ShaSlayz, you agree to all terms outlined below. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your appointment total. Squeeze-In & Same-Day Appointments • Squeeze-In Appointments: $50 fee • Same-Day Bookings: $75 fee Accepted Payment Methods The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cash, or Apple Pay only. Client Preparation All clients must arrive with hair fully washed and blow-dried unless otherwise noted in the service description. Guests For the comfort and focus of all clients, no additional guests are permitted during appointments. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. No Call / No Show Policy No-shows without prior notice are not permitted and will result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit. Future booking privileges may be restricted. New Wig Drop-Off Policy New wigs must be dropped off at least 48 hours prior to your appointment between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please contact me directly to schedule your drop-off. Accepted Wig Types • HD lace is highly recommended • T-part wigs and synthetic wigs are NOT accepted If you need assistance selecting the appropriate lace, please feel free to message me for recommendations. Wig Source Guidelines Amazon wigs are acceptable. AliExpress wigs are not permitted. Please note: Certain styles require a full lace wig with true HD lace. Desired results may not be achievable without meeting these requirements. Previously Worn Lace Wigs If using a previously worn lace wig, please contact me prior to booking to submit clear video footage for assessment and approval. Appointment Scheduling Quality and precision are a priority at ShaSlayz. Appointments are never rushed. Please ensure you have no conflicting commitments immediately following your scheduled service time. Cancellation Policy
Please know that once you cancel . Your deposit is Non- Refundable! To cancel or reschedule you may do so through the email confirmation received when you book. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same day
